Meet Dr. Kelsie Pittel
Dr. Kelsie Pittel was born and raised in metro Detroit and moved to northern Nevada in 2021. She received both her bachelors and Doctor of Dental Surgery degrees from the University of Michigan before completing her specialty training in endodontics at the University of Iowa. (Go Blue! Go Hawks!)
She is currently a board-eligible member of the American Board of Endodontists and is an active member of the Northern Nevada Dental Society.
She holds numerous distinctions from her alma maters, including Chief Resident during her residency training at Iowa and induction into the dental honor society, Omicron Kappa Upsilon.
Dr. Pittel prides herself on a warm, calming demeanor that reassures patients that root canals are not as bad as their reputation suggests. She encourages patients to actively participate in oral health decisions, and will make sure you are thoroughly informed of all your options.
In her free time, you can find her backpacking in the Sierras, snowboarding at Mt. Rose, or playing hockey at the local ice rink. She has fallen in love with the beautiful state of Nevada and welcomes any suggestions of places to go or things to enjoy here!
